Trump International Hotel and Tower Vancouver, B.C. Canada Designed 2005 with Nick Milkovich Architects, MCM, and DYS Architecture The building mass is a simple, dynamic, spiral form, with the same triangular floor plate from the bottom to the top with a gradual rotation. The residences are located above the hotel, capturing some of the most inspiring views the city has to offer, and providing a dramatic edition to Vancouver's unique downtown skyline. The distinctive twisting form reaches 613 metres or 63 storeys. The building was originally designed for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel & Residences on the same site, and was modified from the original design.
